Great location, lovely staff, excellent breakfast, clean rooms.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Friendly staff, great location, and good room amenities. The hotel staff was cute and always ready to help. The hotel is situated in a perfect location with easy access to metro, taxi stand and tour pick up spot. The room amenities such as 2 TVs, fridge, hairdryer, and shower accessories were excellent for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel surpassed my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Naples. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to all the main attractions. The staff were excellent, always willing to help and make our stay memorable. The rooms were well-maintained and had a window that overlooked the interior pateo. The breakfast served was also a highlight, with a good selection of hot and cold foods.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Napoli. the room was newly decorated and very comfortable, with a perfect bed and shower. Despite Naples being a busy city, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the center of Naples made it convenient to explore all the main sites.

Secondly, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Finally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a window that overlooked the peaceful interior pateo. great value for money!

During my Easter holiday, I enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, which was just a short walk from the ferry port and metro station. the spacious rooms were newly decorated and smelled fresh, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the help from the friendly staff, who provided detailed information on the surrounding area and its attractions.

The entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked and took some searching to find. the interior of the hotel was not quite as impressive as advertised with low ceilings, and the kitchen was not fully equipped.

The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the metro, and close to the city center and the waterfront. We also appreciated the modern and clean bathroom facilities. Another perk was the continental breakfast, which had a variety of delicious pastries and even scrambled eggs and bacon.

The room we stayed in was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to maneuver around our luggage. We also faced a wall with no daylight coming through, and the surrounding construction made it noisy from early morning.

This accommodation is located in the heart of the town close to all major attractions, public transport, and taxi stands, making it easy and convenient to move around. the staff is extremely welcoming, and daily cleaning keeps the room and bathroom spotless. the breakfast, served on a beautiful terrace, offers a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. the room amenities, such as multiple TVs, a fridge with free drinks, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and shower cap.

The shower water can get cold quickly, so be sure to be quick when taking a shower.
